Alternate Income Form (AIF)

 

Help ensure that Park School receives the maximum amount of federal funds for our schools. The collection of household income is a necessary step to receive thousands of dollars in federal funds for our school. All families should complete the Alternative Income Form (AIF), irrespective of their household income and this form differs from a meal application that our families do not need to complete. One AIF per student is necessary. 

 

Aside from increased school funding, families that complete the AIF may receive additional benefits such as discounts on household utility bills.
